Empower
15 June 2021

The Wiseberry Foundation presented Empower, a day of inspiration for individuals impacted by COVID-19.

The Wiseberry Foundation endorses the belief that to be grateful means to help the people around us, starting from within our communities. We have seen first-hand how the smallest act of kindness can make the largest difference in someone’s life. The Wiseberry Foundation presented Empower, a day of inspiration for every Australian.

In the aftermath of COVID-19, there were many people in our community who were suffering silently, having been impacted by isolation, loss of a job, or even the loss of a family member. The Wiseberry Foundation decided to do its part in restoring hope and dignity to those in need, sharing with the community the opportunity to attend a day to listen to Seven heroes, the magnificent Seven.

We invited members of the community to attend this event free of charge and hope to recharge them through a full day of inspiration. To help as many people as possible, the event was also broadcasted live on Zoom.

We wish to help people celebrate life, no matter what they are confronting, in doing so giving them the strength to break through their challenges and embark on a journey with renewed hopes and aspirations. Teachers are everywhere. The question is not whether they can teach you. Rather, it is whether you are ready to embrace their lessons.
