Empower
15 June 2021

The Wiseberry Foundation presents Empower, a day of inspiration for individuals impacted by COVID-19.

In the aftermath of COVID-19, there are many people in our community who are suffering silently, having been impacted by isolation, loss of a job, or even the loss of a family member. The Wiseberry Foundation has decided to do its part in restoring hope and dignity to those in need, and has organised a day where respected speakers can address this audience.

The Wiseberry Foundation has run “Empower” events in the past, a free educational initiative that was for people seeking employment or looking for direction. However, the challenges that were introduced by COVID-19 have driven us to widen the scope.

We are inviting members of the community to attend this event free of charge, and hope to recharge them through a full day of inspiration. To help as many people as possible, the event will also be broadcasted live on Zoom.

We wish to help these people celebrate life, no matter what they are confronting, in doing so giving them the strength to break through their challenges, and embark on a journey with renewed hopes and aspirations.
