The 2024 Big Bowl charity event was aimed at supporting Mary Mac’s Place. It was held on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Ettalong Bowling Club, Central Coast NSW. Featuring bowls, a charity auction, delicious food and drinks, and exciting prizes, the event was a fun-filled experience for all.
Mary Mac’s provides social, community and friendship opportunities for men, women, families, young people, the elderly, and the socially and economically disadvantaged. They supply a nutritious lunch Monday to Friday, shower and laundry facilities, referrals to appropriate community services, and take home meals for those in need. They do not receive any formal funding, relying solely on the generosity of the community in providing donations and grants.
