This year, our Winter Appeal aimed to source donations of clean blankets, new socks, and jumpers for the homeless during the cold winter months. Non-perishable foods may also be sourced if more in line with community needs. We worked alongside various local shelters to gather information on exactly what they needed to continue supporting the homeless.
The generosity of the community and the hard work of our Wiseberry offices allowed us to collect a total of 418 bags which came to a total weight of 1,923 kgs last year.
We thank all of our Wiseberry network and their communities for the support in making these fundraising drives possible in the past and look forward to the ongoing support.
